11. hr. Bates should see this ilitury Intelligence report particularly the pages dealing with translation of captured Japanese documents. (Page 4 et seq.) These throw a good desl of light on the "evidence" leading to the execution of British Officers in the Prisoners or war camp and in the Civilian Internent camp at 3tanley, notably Mr. Fraser and Mr. Scott of the Hong Kong Government. These documents may be important in any trial of Japanese war criminels.
